1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nexuscyber2026primaryxxxxxxxxxx.onion or any mirror endpoints, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. Violation results in immediate and permanent exclusion.
2. Access Requirements
2.1 Tor Browser only. Clearnet access prohibited. Onion v3 endpoints exclusively.

3. Payment Protocols

3.3 All orders 2-of-3 multisig escrow. Buyer + Seller + Nexus platform keys required.
4. Escrow & Finalization
4.1 Buyer funds locked in multisig upon order creation. PGP-signed messages required.
4.2 Seller ships and provides PGP-signed proof. Buyer verifies and finalizes.
4.3 14-day dispute window. Nexus arbitrates PGP-signed evidence only.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1 PERMANENT EXCLUSION:
- CSAM or child exploitation material
- Firearms, explosives, precursors
- Zero-day exploits, ransomware builders
- Hacking services targeting hospitals, utilities, government
- Fraud, scams, fake PGP keys
6. Vendor Requirements
6.1 Minimum 10 PGP-verified sales for vendor status. 95%+ finalization rate required.
6.2 PGP-signed shipping proof mandatory. Stealth packaging guidelines enforced.
6.3 3-day maximum shipping time (tracked services only).
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 PGP-signed evidence only. Screenshots prohibited. Tracking numbers required.
7.2 Nexus arbitrates 2-of-3 multisig release. Final decision binding.
7.3 Repeated disputes result in exclusion (buyer/vendor).
8. Fees & Commission
8.1 4.5% platform commission on finalized orders (XMR).
8.2 Withdrawal fees: 0.0005 XMR (stealth address only).
8.3 No listing fees. PGP vendor bond: 0.5 XMR (refundable).
9. Termination
9.1 Nexus reserves right to terminate access immediately for violations.
9.2 Escrow funds returned less commission/fees in case of exclusion.
